ABOUT THE CLASS:
Gentle flow is somewhere in-between Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga. We will combine these two yoga styles to gently and fluently exercise, it even might feel like a light dance 🙂
We will give attention to the breath, to hold postures properly, to the energy flowing through us while exercising. We will also enjoy the present moment. At the beginning of the lesson as well as at the end of the lesson we will spend a bit of time with the beautiful meditation, to learn to feel our own body, mind and soul. This way to gain balance and connection among them.
This class provides nice exercise as well as conscious feeling of our own centre – what we are and who we are. We only can achieve this when we listen to and concentrate on us, and when we enjoy the present relaxation.
